1. All listings must gain Santayaya's approval. Santayaya reserves the right to check the item's quality and salability prior to accepting the item. SANTAYAYA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ITEM.
2. Santayaya will not take item with eBay market value or retail store price less than $50.00USD.
3. Santayaya will not guarantee the item will be sold.
4. You hold the responsibilities that:
    1. the goods is legally purchased or produced.
    2. Santayaya have the authorization from you to offer, to sell and to distribute the goods to any successful buyer,
    3. the rights granted under the contract agreement do not violate the proprietary rights of any third parties.
    4. the description of the goods and the goods themselves must not be false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or dishonesty.
    5. Any law violation, stature, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising) will not be permitted. Defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; obscene or contain any sort of pornography or harmful to minors will be prohibited.
5. Goods need a specific title to be searched and found by eBay buyers. Generic title may lead to discrepancy or cause a lost auction among the millions of eBay auctions.
6. Santayaya will not provide extra service such as item description translation.
7. By signing the contract agreement, you authorize Santayaya to
    1. receive and to store your goods
    2. list, to offer and to sell your goods on-line
    3. deliver the goods to the buyer
    4. collect the sales price from the buyer
    5. deduct Santayaya's sales fee and costs
forward the remainder of sales price to you accordingly.
8. In no event will Santayaya be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, indirect, special or punitive damages that may arise.
9. You must not bid on your own goods. Doing so violate the contract agreement and subject you to actions against you as listed on section 10.
10. Without limiting other remedies, Santayaya may refuse to list or immediately remove any goods listed on-line for you. Santayaya have the right to temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate services and/or refuse to provide future services to you for any reason that:
    1. you breached the contract agreement
    2. Santayaya is unable to verify or authenticate any information you have provided to Santayaya
    3. Santayaya believes that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, Santayaya, or other Santayaya users or
    4. Santayaya suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the goods and/or you fail to comply with Santayaya's demand for any information or documentation constitutes a material breach.
11. By signing the contract agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions and also the fees, exchange rates, and listing schedules listed in the listing Contract.
